Shipping Locations
We ship nationally (Germany) and internationally within Europe (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
Shipping Times
Orders within Germany are delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders to EU countries are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale season, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. We ship from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

Our standard shipping cost to Germany is €4,99
Our standard shipping cost to Austria is €5,99
International shipping to other EU countries is €12,99
Duties and Taxes
We try to make everybody happy. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your country’s local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.
Free Shipping Threshold
Within Germany or Austria, shipping is free for orders over €85.
Within Europe shipping is free for orders over €150.

All orders are delivered by DHL or DPD.
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot forward packages.
