Return Policy

If you wish to return items from your order, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery. Items received outside of the specified return period will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send purchased items back to us without prior authorization.

 

Please note: Returns that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted, and a refund will be denied. Refunds can only be issued for regular-priced items; sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and missing returns. Please contact the shipping carrier in such cases. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or failure to accept the package, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be processed in the same currency. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than the originally paid price. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be credited to your payment method.

All shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. Additionally, any return shipping and handling costs incurred by you when returning products are non-refundable.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

REVOCATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Matcha Routine GmbH, Managing Director Lina Kling, Gröberstrasse 15, 70184 Stuttgart, Email: hello@matcharoutine.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

 

REVOCATION CONSEQUENCES

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you or evidence that you have sent back the goods.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE TERMINATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Perishable goods such as food items are completely excluded from return. We also do not accept returns for hygiene items and cosmetic utensils.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a European Union member state and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
